The rijsttafel (Indonesian banquet) includes specialities from across the islands, such as wild scallops with saffron, orange, sea greens and macadamia nuts, and wild guinea fowl in a sweet, sour and spicy rudjak sauce.

Vegetarian and vegan rijsttafel menus are also options.
